Falha nas métricas do host com agent:
1 - Verificar o status do agent na máquina
# Linux: Verificar o status
service sphere-agent status -l
2 - Verificar últimas linhas do arquivo de log
Linux: /opt/sphere-agent-linux/sphere-agent.log
Windows: C:\ProgramData\65A\sphere-agent\sphere-agent.log
3 - Reiniciar o agent para tentar solucionar
# Linux: Verificar o status
service sphere-agent restart
4 - Executar o agent em modo de debug
# Linux: Para o serviço caso esteja executando
service sphere-agent stop
# Rodar o agent em debug
/opt/sphere-agent-linux/sphere-agent -sdbg
Após reiniciar ou executar em debug, deve-ser aguardar 2-5 minutos para verificar se as métricas na infraestrutura, seleciona a Última hora para visualizar corretamente
